About Goosehead

Mr. Miller serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer for Goosehead. In addition, Mr. Miller has served on the board since March 2018. For the past 15 years, Mr. Miller has worked for some of the largest private equity firms in the world helping drive large scale financial and operational transformations. Mr. Miller was the Chief Financial Officer of Pluralsight, Finastra, Marketo, and Active Networks (all Vista Equity Partners portfolio companies at the time). He also served as the CFO of Sabre, and L.H.P. Hospital Group. At Sabre, he held multiple operating and finance positions and was instrumental in the company’s initial IPO and its subsequent $5 billion privatization transaction. Early in his career, Mr. Miller worked for Ernst and Young. Mr. Miller has an accounting degree from Texas Tech University and an MBA in Finance from Rice University. He is a licensed CPA in Texas.

Mr. Jones joined Goosehead in 2016 as Controller, was promoted to Vice President - Finance in 2020, and Chief Financial Officer in 2022. Mr. Jones currently oversees Goosehead’s internal and external financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, treasury function, and investor relations. Mr. Jones made significant contributions in strengthening the finance function leading up to and following the company’s initial public offering. Prior to joining Goosehead, Mr. Jones worked in Ernst & Young’s Audit practice, primarily focused on financial services companies. Mr. Jones graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. in Accounting and a M.S. in Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Pattillo joined Goosehead Insurance in 2009 as an Account Executive and was the first inductee into Goosehead’s President’s Club. In 2014, he was promoted to Sales Manager, then to Managing Director in 2016, Vice President in 2020, and Executive Vice President in 2023. In his role as Executive Vice President, Brian oversees the Corporate Sales team, the Agent Support team who is responsible for driving sales in our franchise network, as well as the carrier relations team. Prior to joining Goosehead, Brian received his BBA in Business Administration and MS in Marketing from Texas A&M University.

Mr. O’Connor joined Goosehead Insurance in 2022 as General Counsel and, in that role, is responsible for all aspects of the company’s legal operations. Prior to joining Goosehead, he spent fifteen years in private practice, including more than a decade with international law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP. He most recently served as general counsel for an Austin based real estate development company. Notably, while in private practice, Mr. O’Connor served as outside counsel for Goosehead and has worked as an advisor to the company since 2019. He holds an undergraduate degree from Loyola Marymount University, a master’s degree from Pepperdine University and received his J.D. from Southern Methodist University, where he served as President of the SMU Law Review Association.

Ms. Challis joined Goosehead Insurance in 2021 as Chief Marketing Officer. She is responsible for Marketing and Public Relations, focused on building the Goosehead brand and our digital engagement platform. Ann brings to Goosehead 25 years of marketing leadership and expertise in the financial services industry. She spent the past five years in the fintech space as the Head of Marketing for Elevate and Credible. Prior to that, Ann led growth marketing teams at Blackrock, Wells Fargo, CSAA, Providian Financial and MBNA. Ann holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Loyola University Maryland.

Mr. Ricketts joined Goosehead in 2022 as Executive Vice President, Technology and Partnerships. In this role, he oversees all aspects of the company’s technology, while advancing its partnerships to amplify the use of its innovative technology and processes. He brings to Goosehead over 25 years of experience, previously serving as the Chief Product and Development Officer for Sabre Hospitality Solutions where he oversaw product management, product development, solution engineering and platform operations. He also held executive positions at HMS Holdings, Unum Group, Susan G. Komen for the Cure and Kaiser Permanente.

David joined Goosehead Insurance in January 2024 as the Chief Service Officer. He and his teams are accountable for the strategy and operations to meet our clients’ service needs. David brings 16 years of financial service experience; he held executive positions at USAA in process engineering, contact center sales and service, and contact center vendor management. Following a brief consulting stint, David served as Head of Member Services at a financial service start-up. Prior to his corporate career, David served 11 years active duty as a Naval Flight Officer, supporting operations in Afghanistan, Iraq, Horn of Africa and Central America. He earned a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Mr. Farrell joined Goosehead Insurance in 2020 as Vice President, Capital Markets. He is responsible for leading the company’s Investor Relations and Public Relations efforts. Dan has over 19 years of experience in the insurance sector. Prior to joining Goosehead, he was Head of Investor Relations for Marsh & McLennan Companies and Head of Strategy for Mercer. Dan spent much of his career as sell-side equity analyst covering the insurance sector for 16 years. He graduated from Georgetown University with a B.A. in Economics.

Mr. Hunt joined Goosehead Insurance in 2010 as an Account Executive and is now a Vice President, Agency Operations. In this role, he is primarily responsible for the geographic expansion of the organization. In his 11 years at Goosehead, Mr. Hunt has been a top sales performer, opened new markets, built teams, recruited top talent across the country, and supported Goosehead’s rapidly growing network of franchise owners. Prior to joining Goosehead, he obtained his BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.

Mr. Lauck joined Goosehead in 2023 as Vice President of Partnerships. His role includes business development and management of strategic business partnerships designed to expand Goosehead’s customer acquisition and presence in the market. Mr. Lauck began his career in the financial services industry and brings more than 14 years of experience to Goosehead. In his career, he has managed business units, business development, marketing acquisitions, and partnerships at various organizations, including Avant Credit, Goldman Sachs, QuinStreet, Elevate Credit, NetSpend, and Gerson Lehrman Group. Mr. Lauck obtained his BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Olsen is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of our agent development programs for both new and tenured agents in the franchise and corporate channels. As Goosehead’s most tenured sales agent, beginning in 2005, Mr. Olsen spent 15 years developing best practices in organization, time management, and sales process, leading him to create the largest book of organically grown business of any agent in the organization, and helping Goosehead stay on the cutting edge of marketing and sales process best practices. Mr. Olsen attended Brigham Young University and graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Marketing.

Mr. Delavan joined Goosehead as an Account Executive in 2005, was promoted to Sales Manager in 2007 and Managing Director in 2010. He has held leadership roles in Corporate Sales & Partnerships, and now serves as Managing Director – Carrier Relations. He currently leads the growth and development of new strategic partnerships with national and regional insurance carriers to ensure the most robust product portfolio offering of any independent agency. Mr. Delavan has been involved in recruiting, training, and developing top talent; geographic expansion of our corporate sales teams; supporting Goosehead’s network of franchise owners; and developing working business partnerships. A third generation Longhorn, Mr. Delavan attended the University of Texas where he graduated Cum Laude with a Major in Finance and a Minor in Accounting.

Ms. Menuey joined Goosehead as Product & Training Manager in 2014 and was promoted to Managing Director in 2018. Lauren manages our product portfolio, carrier relationships, state expansion, and works with our department heads and carrier partners to manage sustainable, profitable growth. Prior to Goosehead, Lauren spent 11 years on the carrier side of the business, in claims and sales. Most recently Lauren managed the largest sales territory in the country for Progressive Insurance, and was responsible for agency development, profitability, recruiting, and training. Lauren received her B.L.A.S. in Speech Communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Mr. Roberts joined Goosehead Insurance in 2021 as Managing Director & Senior Counsel. In this role, he is responsible for supporting all aspects of the company’s regulatory compliance, including corporate and securities matters. Prior to joining Goosehead, he was a partner in the Corporate, Securities and M&A group at a large global law firm and an independent business law firm. Nathan earned his Petroleum Engineering, B.S. from Montana Tech in 2004 and his LL.B from Dalhousie University in 2007.

Ms. Dahlstrom joined Goosehead Insurance in 2023 as Associate General Counsel & Managing Director. In this role, she is responsible for supporting all aspects of the company’s legal operations, including human resources, legal disputes, and compliance matters. Prior to joining Goosehead, Ms. Dahlstrom spent nine years in private practice with the global law firm Haynes and Boone, LLP. She spent a majority of her practice working with franchisors across several industries, including Goosehead, to resolve legal disputes efficiently and effectively through negotiation, mediation, and litigation. Ms. Dahlstrom earned her undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University and receieved her J.D. from the University of Oklahoma School of Law.

Mr. Basom joined Goosehead Insurance in 2022 as the Managing Director of Technology and Innovation. In this role, he drives innovation, ensures technology excellence, and leads efforts to enhance core technology solutions to support the company’s growth through digital and data transformation. He has over twenty years of information technology experience, working in banking, finance, non-profit, healthcare, and insurance industries, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. He has held several senior leadership roles in IT, leading all aspects of information security, software development, product management, data, and analytics. Mr. Basom holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University.

Mr. Giannini joined Goosehead Insurance in 2012 as the Manager of IT. His primary responsibilities included implementing a new contact center phone system that would allow Goosehead to grow and manage their service center along with overseeing their infrastructure, Information Systems and day to day helpdesk duties. He continues to work on development and deployment of technologies and infrastructure that allow Goosehead to be nimble in today’s environment. He was promoted to Director of Information Technology in 2019 and he continues to evolve our infrastructure to meet tomorrow’s needs. Prior to joining Goosehead, he worked for Bain & Company for almost 16 years where he worked as Manager of Information Technology overseeing their Dallas, Houston, and Mexico City offices. Mr. Giannini graduated from the University of North Texas in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising. He has a CISM certification and got his CISSP certification in 2005.

Karla Fonseca, a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for driving growth and innovation, joined Goosehead in 2023 as Managing Director of Consumer and Franchise Marketing. With a strong background in demand generation, she is focused on identifying opportunities and implementing targeted marketing initiatives that resonate with customers and drive growth of our Franchise base. She has over twenty years of B2B and B2C marketing experience across many industries. Karla earned an MBA in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University and a B.S. degree from Louisiana State University.

Mr. Walker joined Goosehead in 2023 as Managing Director of IT Security & Compliance. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing Goosehead’s continuing evolution of digital security and governance. Matt brings to Goosehead over 15 years of experience, previously working with Bain & Company in the Security Architecture and Engineering realm. Matt holds multiple computer security industry certifications as well as a Masters in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance.

Ms. Jordan joined Goosehead Insurance in 2010 as an Account Executive. In her 11 years at Goosehead, she has been an integral leader in the growth of our corporate agent sales team. Ms. Jordan currently serves as Managing Director, overseeing all university recruitment efforts, positioning Goosehead as a top career choice for college graduates. Prior to her role in recruiting, Julia played a key marketing role in the early development of the Goosehead brand. Ms. Jordan graduated from Texas A&M University’s business school with a degree in Marketing.

Mr. Sinclair joined Goosehead as an Account Executive in 2013 and qualified for Goosehead’s President’s Club in 2014, 2015 and 2016. He was promoted to Sales Manager in 2014 and to Managing Director in 2018. As Managing Director, Mr. Sinclair is responsible for the performance of the Houston Market. In his 8 years with Goosehead, Mr. Sinclair has been involved with many aspects of the business, including recruiting, training and development, and supporting Goosehead’s network of franchise owners across the country. Prior to joining Goosehead, Jared received his BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.

Ms. Bibbs joined Goosehead Insurance in 2011 as one of our first licensed service agents. Over her 10 years at Goosehead, Ms. Bibbs’ played a critical role in the growth and expansion of our service department. In 2016, she successfully opened our first out of state corporate office and satellite service center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Promoted to Managing Director in 2017, Shana continues to lead key service teams and is responsible for recruiting and development of our top service talent. Ms. Bibbs obtained a Bachelor of Science at Arkansas State University where she majored in Psychology with a minor in Speech.

Mr. Roland joined Goosehead Insurance in 2019 as Controller and was promoted to Managing Director in 2022. Anthony oversees technical and corporate accounting, tax compliance, and finance projects. Mr. Roland joined with over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Goosehead, he was Director, Accounting Policy, Financial Reporting & Analysis for Dallas- based Exeter Finance. Anthony began his career in various roles at big four public accounting and consulting firms. He graduated from Midwestern State University with a B.B.A in Finance.

Marissa Brumbeloe joined Goosehead in 2012 as a sales manager and quickly seized the opportunity to redefine our marketing strategy. Over the past few years she has played a key role in creating and managing our Referral Partner program. In 2017, she was promoted to Director of Business Development and is responsible for building our brand within the real estate and mortgage industries. As a partner at the company, Marissa is very involved in the training and development of our sales agents. She is originally from North Carolina and graduated from Campbell University with a Major in Business Management and minor in Marketing.

Ms. Baima joined Goosehead Insurance in 2010 and currently serves as Managing Director of the Risk Management department. Over the past 10 years, Erin has played a pivotal role in scaling the department while protecting the agency from risk in increasingly progressing leadership roles. She has also been an integral player in our program to develop future leaders for the organization. In 2018, Erin earned her Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation which further enhanced her passion for risk prevention. Ms. Baima graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Spanish.

Mr. Lappo joined Goosehead in 2011 as an Account Executive. He was promoted to Sales Manager in 2017 and Managing Director in 2022. As Managing Director, Mr. Lappo oversees the sales division within our corporate headquarters in Westlake, Texas along with strategic initiatives for corporate recruiting. In his decade long career with Goosehead, Mr. Lappo has supported many aspects of the business including recruiting, training, leadership development, along with scaling growth in our franchise owners across the country.

Mrs. Middleton joined Goosehead Insurance in 2017 as Assistant Controller, where she contributed to strengthening the finance function following the company’s initial public offering . She then established the internal audit function in 2020 as Manager of Internal Audit and transitioned back to Assistant Controller in 2022, overseeing both the finance and internal audit functions. Mrs. Middleton later established the program management function for Partnerships in 2023 and was promoted to Managing Director in 2024. In her role as Managing Director, Mrs. Middleton oversees Partnerships. Prior to joining Goosehead, she worked in PricewaterhouseCooper’s Audit practice. Mrs. Middleton graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. and a M.S. in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Cravens is a Managing Director for Goosehead Insurance. He began his career in 2015 in our DFW headquarters as a corporate Account Executive. He was inducted into President’s Club in 2018, and then moved into a leadership role as a Sales Manager. Mr. Cravens assisted in launching our Chicago, IL expansion office, and was the Office Head over our Charlotte, NC office. He has been heavily involved in training, agency partner support, franchise sales, and talent acquisition. Prior to joining Goosehead, Mr. Cravens was an insurance agent in the captive market.

Mr. Prassas joined Goosehead in 2015 as an Account Executive and is now a Managing Director. In this role, he is primarily responsible for the geographic expansion of the Western region and oversees corporate offices located in Colorado, Nevada, and Texas. In his nearly 7 years with Goosehead, Mr. Prassas has been a top producing Account Executive, launched and scaled sales offices, been heavily involved with training and recruitment of new agents, and has helped build the support infrastructure for Goosehead’s network of franchise owners. Prior to joining Goosehead, he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Arkansas.

Mr. Collins joined Goosehead Insurance in 2011 as an account executive and has sold over $10.4 million in insurance premium. In 2019, he was promoted to Sales Manager and Managing Director in 2024. Patrick manages a team of corporate sales agents and hosts multiple training initiatives for corporate agents and our franchise network. Prior to joining Goosehead, Patrick received a degree in Advertising at Texas Tech University.

Ms. May joined Goosehead Insurance in 2017 as one of our licensed service agents. Over the last 4.5 years, Ms. May has advanced to a Service Managing Director where she continues to focus on the technological and regional advancements for the service department. Prior to Goosehead, she worked in the service industry for nearly a decade refining her expertise. Ms. May graduated from the University of Arkansas where she obtained her BBA in Marketing and Management while minoring in Information Systems.

Ms. Wagner joined Goosehead Insurance in 2013 and is a Managing Director responsible for agent support operations. Over the past 8 years, Marisa has been vital in building the infrastructure that has enabled Goosehead’s rapid scale and growth. Her previous sales and service experience provided valuable insight to later build technology-enhanced training programs, innovative systems solutions and database designs, and effective ongoing support offerings. In addition, Marisa recently led Goosehead’s Women’s Professional Development program. Ms. Wagner obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Texas A&M University.

Mr. Oswaldo Gonzalez, also known as OG, a seasoned Product Management professional with over 15 years of experience, joined Goosehead in 2023 as Managing Director of Product and Program Management. In the past three years, Mr. Gonzalez has specialized in building Machine Learning-powered solutions at Amazon, bringing a wealth of expertise and knowledge to Goosehead's team. With a passion for innovation and a track record of delivering exceptional products, Mr. Gonzalez is dedicated to leading the development and execution of strategic product initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Mr. Warren joined Goosehead Insurance in 2016 as a licensed service agent. With a degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from the University or North Texas, Ethan has always had a passion for driving excellent client experiences and developing a strong workforce. Mr. Warren was part of the original service team that opened our first satellite service center in Las Vegas, NV in 2016. From there he rose through the ranks and became Managing Director in January of 2022. Throughout his time in Service, Ethan has created and managed many of the key service teams and continues to focus on process refinement within the organization.

Ms. Marshall-Dillon joined Goosehead Insurance in 2013 as a licensed service agent. Within 6 months, she was promoted to Service Team Lead overseeing service delivery and client retention. In 2015, she transitioned to the Finance & Accounting team as a Corporate Accountant. She received a promotion to Accounting Team Lead in 2017 and Accounting Manager in 2019. In 2021, she was promoted to Manager of Human Resources and oversees all employee relations. Promoted to Managing Director in 2023, she continues to oversee the Human Resources and Payroll department. Mrs. Marshall-Dillon obtained her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Science in Criminal Justice at Grambling State University.

Mr. Burney joined Goosehead as an Account Executive in 2016. Shortly thereafter, he was promoted to Office Head in 2017 and was responsible for establishing the Fort Worth market. Mr. Burney played a pivotal role in the referral partner networking efforts, and sales process, as well as the development of multiple key leaders within the company. With his promotion to Managing Director in 2023, Mr. Burney will oversee the Fort Worth and San Antonio markets. He will also continue his efforts in recruiting, training, and growth in both the Corporate and Franchise channels. Mr. Burney obtained a dual degree in Business and Economics from Texas Tech University.

Ms. Cribbin began her career with Goosehead in 2016 as a Service Agent. She transitioned to Talent Acquisition in 2017, was promoted to management in 2019, then to Managing Director in 2024. Taylor’s career has focused on hiring high performing sales professionals and developing the next generation of recruiters. She most recently has played a fundamental role in the development of Goosehead’s Agency Staffing Program. As Managing Director, she will continue to develop strategies that will propel Goosehead’s growth. Prior to joining Goosehead, Taylor received her BBA in Marketing and Communications from Texas Christian University.

Mr. Sheets joined Goosehead Insurance in 2017 as an Account Executive in our Houston Market where he quickly showed he was a top producer and leader in the company. In 2019, he was promoted to Sales Manager, then to Office Head in 2020, then Regional Manager in 2022, and Managing Director in 2024. In this role as Managing Director, Grant oversees a team in our Memorial City location that is responsible for delivering monthly goals and help with the growth of the Houston Market. Prior to joining Goosehead, Grant received his BBA in Management and Marketing from Oklahoma State University.

Ms. Hibler joined Goosehead Insurance in 2013 as our first Operations Coordinator. She was promoted to Operations Manager in 2015 and then to Managing Director in 2022. Throughout her career at Goosehead, she has played a critical role in scaling out the Operations department and creating a seamless, industry-leading onboarding experience. Kaysey has been an integral part in the build out of several key processes that have enabled Goosehead’s rapid growth while maintaining exceptional efficiency and stakeholder experience. Ms. Hibler obtained a Bachelor of Science at Texas A&M University where she majored in Meteorology and minored in Business Administration and Mathematics.

Mr. Preston joined Goosehead Insurance as an account executive in 2008. Over his many years, he has coached and managed hundreds of agents, created and spearheaded sales best practices, and achieved president’s club-level production over 8 consecutive years. In his current agent development role, he successfully executes several key programs responsible for improved agent productivity across both our franchise and corporate agent groups. His current responsibilities include agent development and productivity improvement across both channels once they complete their initial basic training and onboarding. Mr. Preston obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration at Brigham Young University where he majored in Global Supply Chain Management.
