Kevin worked for a captive insurance agency where he spent all day as a workhorse on the phone, but he wanted to focus more on selling and ideating. He launched his Goosehead franchise in February 2020 and thrived despite a global pandemic.

With ten years of insurance sales under his belt, Kevin knew the ins and outs of selling policies, but he felt he could do better than the template his captive agency had set up for him.
